I’ve lost most of my weight with exercise!

I’m a mother of 4 childrens, so after each pregnancy I didn’t lose all of my excess fat and accumulated so much weight that I decided one day to handle my unhealthy condition and do some cardio training.

Now I’m 36 and my weight is stabilized at 155 pds and I maintain my weight since 4 years. I’m a personal trainer since 2 years now and coach peoples to achieve their goal of losing weight. I must say that since then my life as complety changed!!!
